TRACTORS, TANKER &TROLLEY:

(255)Gram Panchayats have purchased Tractors , Tanker & Trolley.(98)Gram Panchayats have purchased Tractors with full payment and (157)Gram Panchayats have purchased with bank loan. Out of (157)Gram Panchayats some Gram Panchayats are paying the loan on monthly wise and some Gram Panchayats are paying the loan one time for (3) months.

Computerization:

The Govt. introduced PallePragathiprogramme -I in Sep 2019. PallePragathiprogramme screen is introduced for Online entry of works done under PallePragathiin e-panchayat Portal. Gram panchayat accounts (PRIA SOFT) should be entered in Online through e-gram swaraj portal. For all these we need computers. Hence we are procured Computers & Printers in (219)GPs out of (255) . In next (6) months we are going to purchase remaining (36) GPs.

SEGREGATION SHEDS:

Dumping Sheds have constructed (255) Gram Panchayats out of (255) andVerme Compostpreparationis already started in (249) Gram Panchayats out of (255) Gram Panchayats.

PPV :

Total 296 PPVs are established in JogulambaGadwal District.

BPPV:

Total 60 sites are identified out of which 46 are completed and remaining 14 are in progress.

TKP :

Out of 296 Villages 280 are completed for remaining 16 sites identification under process

SANITATION

In JogulambaGadwal District as a part of PallePragathi at most importance has been given to sanitation maintenance in all Gram Panchayats. Door to door garbage has been collecting from the house holds of Gram Panchayats and transported to the segregation shed through Gram Panchayat Tractor Trolley.Imparted training on preparation of Compost to the field staff i.e., Panchayat Secretaries and MPWs in segregation sheds.
Cleaning of Roads,desilting of drains, cleaning of drains and filling of pot holes on internal roads have been taken up in all the Gram Panchayats by the Gram Panchayat Staff i.e., Multi Purpose Workers and other sanitation staff.
Spraying of Bleaching Powder and lime on either side of the drains after cleaning of drains and roads and spraying of Hypo Chloride in view of prevention of Covid-19 in public gathering places have been taking up in all the Gram Panchayats.
For better implementation of Sanitation & part of the Mosquitoes eradication programme, DPC was conducted to finalized the rate for purchase of fogging machines. After DPC a circular was issued to all GPS should purchase fogging machines for Rs. 47,000/- per unit. Still now (155) Gpshaving fogging machines, in next (3) months remaining (100) Gps are going to purchase fogging machines.
Daily sanitation Report have been taking in all the (255) Gram Panchayats everyday through Panchayat Secretaries for specially developed App by the Commissioner PR&RE TS Hyderabad.

National Panchayat Awards :

Gram Panchayat Mandoddi of Rajoli Mandal secured 2^nd place under “Poverty Free and Enhancement of Livelihood”theme in National Level and the Gram Panchayat received Rs. 75.00 Lakhs for securing this place.
